Am also anticipating visiting many blogs and seeing what has been done with all the beads that have been sent to each of the participants in the Blog Hop!
Ghislaine was most generous with the soup that she sent to me and I was able to get two necklaces with earrings and a bracelet with earrings out of all of the beads...with only a tiny bit leftover...:)
Here is what I started with...
Ghislaine made the jump rings and clasps and braided around the pendant! |
...And here is what I created. Hope you enjoy seeing them. :)
The coral dangles gives the earrings that 'pop'! |
Used the burgundy pearls in this piece. |
The bracelet turned out better than I'd hoped, even though it was a lot of work! :) |
I added some resin roses here... |
Added Red Tigers Eye to some of the beads that Ghislaine sent to me, thought they complimented the pendant beautifully! |
The tiny bit of beads leftover from what was sent to me. |
Below is the link to Lori's blog where you can find the list for everyone who is taking part in the 8th Annual Bead Soup Blog Party...enjoy!

Your soup is wonderful! I love the colors and designs. All are beautiful pieces.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pieces! The necklace with the shell focal is my favorite. You have also met the challenge to use up most of the soup beads and we all know how difficult this is, given that we are always tempted to add something from our stash :)
ReplyDeleteNicely done and great job using up so much of your ingredients! I really like those earrings with the coral dangles. There's something about your use of the chain on them that really makes them stand out.
ReplyDeleteI love the sets you made with your soup! Very colorful and I like that you made matching earrings and that you only had a few tiny beads left! Great job!
